Georgia Walters is a Melbourne based actress and a graduate of the Full Time Professional Acting Course at Howard Fine Acting Studio Australia. She initially wanted to be a trapeze artist in a travelling circus but around the age of 12 realised that choosing a career in any performing arts was daring enough. To curb her penchant for scaling walls her parents enrolled her in gymnastics classes where she continued to train for 10 years, eventually becoming the state level 7 Victorian champion. This intense level of training has given her the ability to do many of her own tricks, flips and stunts. Prior to studying at Howard Fine, Georgia trained for a year with NIDA in their Young Actor's Studio and with St Martin's Theatre in their Screen Acting course. She has also undertaken study at the Film and Television Studio International, TAFTA and The Actor's Coach with Kevin Harrington and Shane Connor. Georgia has acted in a Black Bubble Theatre production in the Melbourne Fringe Festival, performed her own work in the Richmond Sun festival and has played Juliet in a production of Romeo and Juliet directed by Adele Shelley. She has also acted in many short films and productions including 'The Wait' directed by Jet Wilkinson and 'The Department' a feature currently in post-production. To add to this she has been involved in many commercials and music videos including campaigns for JG King Homes, NAB, Target, See Hear Say and Vicroads. She recently featured in the Seven Network pilot 'Denise' and is rehearsing to host in a new TV series called 'Goss.' She is soon to film her first lead role in the feature 'Night Shift' being shot in January 2016.
